Placing an Order
Please browse the site to see what items you are interested in! When you are ready to discuss your order, or if you have questions, please contact us via email, call/text, or the contact page on this site.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We cannot reserve your spot without payment. We reserve the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. Sometimes, things are out of our control. If the cancellation comes from our end, a full refund will be given.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order. Cancellation prior to 2 weeks before fulfillment will receive half payment back. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, and Zelle.
Care & Handling
Care instructions will be provided. We are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.
Fulfillment
All pickup/delivery details will be worked out before purchase and are included in the total purchase price.
Photography & Marketing
We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion.
Allergens
The product may come into contact with gluten, eggs, peanuts, and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying anyone enjoying your custom order of this risk and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.
